New Arrival July 22 2016 Parker

Parker is a 14 yr old Thoroughbred gelding approx 16 hands tall.  This is some of the info given to me about him by his former owner: History/Training: 2+ years of dressage training, 5+years of hunter training. He enjoys arena work and jumping small fences most (I've jumped him up to 3'0" under saddle) but will also ride out on the trails so long as he's in the lead. Like most horses, he prefers to have a buddy to hack with. He tacks up, bathes, lunges, and trailers like a dream. He'll work on the bit and shorten and extend all gaits, canters both leads (has trouble with his right sometimes), and performs flying changes. He moves laterally and can work shoulder-in and out, and haunches-in and out. He's an incredibly smart and talented boy, but not for the inexperienced owner. 
We are giving Parker some time to settle in and trust us before doing anything with him. So far he is quite chill and relaxed. His adoption fee at this time is negotiable.
