Auction March 29 2014

Yesterday at the Woodville auction there was one approx 4 yr old thoroughbred gelding, tattoo was legible but I did not write it down, around 16 hands, well behaved, nice fellow, and one mini pony.  The mini went to a good home, the tb was purchased (1200lbs @ 0.39/lb) by the dealer that sometimes takes livestock to the Cobden auction.  This dealer also supplies camps etc with riding horses so he may also be rehomed that way.  The restaurant at the auction is now being run by Strubbs Catering, the outside yard sale type auction resumes next Sat.
