Auction Feb 1 2014

Yesterday at the Woodville auction there were no horses, just one gelded Jack donkey that the horse trader G. brought in.  He said that the donkey had heaves.  The dealer that sometimes brings animals to the Cobden auction purchased him.  Since I have touched on the subject of Heaves, has anyone heard about therapies involving Coffee, I was informed of it a couple of years ago.  It is supposed to be an old Amish remedy, the introduction of a small amt of coffee grounds into feed is supposed to help the lungs.
