Obviously one of my great loves is horses, another is music ( a good song is a gift) but my love of food, and more importantly, growing our own food is a passion! We are more than just a rescue. We also raise gorgeous poultry, all non gmo chicken, duck, turkey and goose. Chicken and duck eggs, and seasonal Veggies when available. I am so excited that both The Olde Stone Brewery and Hot Belly Mamas, two great restaurants in Peterborough, are using our Tomatillo and trying out some recipes with our duck. It feels great growing food for people to enjoy!
