Today at the woodville auction there were 3 ponies and 1 grey 4 yr old off track(I was told from Fort Erie) Thoroughbred gelding. None of them went for meat - Yay!!, although the tb was originally sold to the main meat buyer, my good friend was going to bid on her but got mixed up, so she bought the horse from him after the sale.
We are awaiting the trailering of the 11 yr old Perch mare from the meat yard to here. Fund have been raised, she will arrive here very soon, I will post pics immediatly!!
