Meat Horses Jan 12 2103

Today at the Woodville auction there was one sweet 8 yr old Haflinger mare that rides and drives, a 5 yr old Welsh(? my guess) cross gelding drives only. There were several people interested in bidding on them, it was hard to keep track of who had the bid, they did get purchased by the meat buyer - for a few minutes.  They were then bought from him by a friend of the fellow who trailered them into the auction who wanted them but was unable to be there on time.  Yay!!  And there were 6 mini colts, unhandled - all went to good homes.
